Come warm yourself, as the “Portfolio Café” presents an afternoon of cool jazz favorites performed by vocalist Deanna Kirk from 4-5:30 pm in the Commons Building on Main Street, Margaretville in the continuing “ Art in Common” series of multi-arts events scheduled through out the winter and spring at the Commons. The Catskill Mountain Artisans Guild presents: “Jewelry Artists at Work” from 3-6pm through out the Commons Building on Main Street, Margaretville as part of "Art in Common," a series of art, music, and literary events each Saturday afternoon
in the Commons Building this winter and spring. Three fine craft artisans; Barbara Petrini, Sherril Berry-Wysong and Ruthy Freund will demonstrate jewelry techniques ranging from crocheting, beading, wrapped crystals to brass and cooper coiling.
Longyear gallery artist member Gerda van Leeuwen will join in with her wire and rubber jewelry creations. Local cheese makers will share their goods with support from the Center for Agricultural Development and Entrepreneurship (CADE) and the
